Free trial month

Paid plans for new subscribers start with a $0 first month where shown on the pricing page. You can cancel during that month and pay nothing.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings & Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.

Refunds

• First paid charge: full refund within 14 days of your first paid invoice if Studio is not right for you — email us and we will refund it, no forms.
• Renewals: renewal charges are not refundable for partial periods, except where required by law.
• Errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Paddle or Polar) as the legal seller; refunds are issued through them to your original payment method. Request a refund any time at admin@pininspect.com.
