Terms of Service

1. The service

PinInspect URL-to-Pin Studio ("Studio") is a web application that turns a user's own web pages into Pinterest pin designs, with copy drafting, design rendering, review, scheduling support and analytics. Studio is a product of PinInspect. Studio is not affiliated with Pinterest, Inc.; "Pinterest" is a trademark of Pinterest, Inc.

2. Accounts

You register with an email address and password and are responsible for activity in your workspace. One workspace may connect Pinterest accounts up to your plan's limit.

3. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans are sold through our merchant of record (Paddle or Polar), which is the legal seller for payment purposes and handles taxes, invoices and payment disputes. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Generating one pin costs 2 AI credits; board analysis and in-editor optimization cost 1 credit each, as shown in the product. Plan limits are displayed in your dashboard. Paid plans for new subscribers begin with a $0 first month where offered on the pricing page.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the pages, images and text you submit. You grant Studio a limited licence to fetch, process and render that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you turn into pins and for complying with Pinterest's terms and policies for anything you publish.

5. Acceptable use

• Only submit pages and images you own or are licensed to use.
• Do not use Studio to create deceptive pins, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service or other workspaces.

6. Publishing status

Direct publishing through Pinterest's official API is being approved. Until it is enabled, Studio provides scheduling and a one-click export (Pinterest-format CSV plus finished pin files) for use with Pinterest's own tools. The current publishing mode is always labelled in the product.

7. Availability and liability

Studio is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific Pinterest results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the previous three months.
